How to send a top up on VivaFon?
It's easy, just start typing and VivaFon app will guide you through the process. Basically the process consists of three steps, 1. Enter the number or nauta account, 2. Select the amount you want to send as top up, 3. Pay and the top up is received instantly.
What happens if the payment is processed successfully?
If the payment is processed successfuly your contact will receive the top up, we will send you an email with the transaction Id, your contact information and the total amount you paid. Also we will save the transaction so you can always see it in your transactions history on VivaFon.
How can I pay on VivaFon?
You can pay with a major Credit / Debit card, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

If you have accidentally topped up the wrong number or nauta account there is nothing we can do. We cannot get you a refund, so please verify the phone number or nauta account you enter.
